  1. Hi, does someone have any experience with Samsung USB modems, specifically the GT-B3710 4G/LTE? I have connected it to my Windows 10 laptop, and the OS mounts several WAN protocols/technologies, but I guess I need a certain software to configure this device. I have searched on Google for manual and software, but difficult to find something useful.

    1. Hi Roger. Once the phone is connected, please go to Control Panel > Device Manager on your Windows 10 PC. In there, uninstall any or all drivers that show up when you connect the device.

After that is done, install the Samsung USB drivers provided above and restart your PC. Then connect your phone and see if it works.
